Shipping & Returns

We ship Australia-wide from our local facility. The following terms apply to all orders placed through this site.
Dispatch
- Orders confirmed and paid before 2pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
- Order confirmation and tracking are sent via Telegram or email once dispatched.
Delivery times
- Metro capital cities: typically 1–2 business days.
- Regional Australia: typically 2–5 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the carrier and may be affected by weather or operational delays.
Packaging
All peptides are packed in insulated, tamper-evident packaging with cold packs where temperature control is required. Discreet outer packaging is used as standard.
Shipping fees
Shipping is calculated at the time of invoice based on weight, destination and packaging requirements. Wholesale customers may qualify for free or discounted shipping based on order volume - please contact us for details.
Risk and lost parcels
Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch. If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with the carrier's investigation.
Returns and refunds
Because the products we sell are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-broken items. We will replace or refund products that arrive:
- Damaged in transit, where reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect (wrong product or quantity).
- Outside specification on independent assay.
Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
