1. Research use only

All peptides and related products sold by HV Labs are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical use. They are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, cosmetic application, food or medicinal use, or any clinical purpose.

By placing an order you warrant that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, and that the products will be handled and used in accordance with all applicable laws and institutional safety standards.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You are responsible for ensuring purchase, possession and use of these products is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• HV Labs may refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and stock has been allocated. We invoice manually after order submission and contact you via Telegram or email with payment details.

4. Shipping and risk

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you on dispatch from our facility.

5. No medical advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, pharmaceutical or professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HV Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including text, graphics, logos and product photography - is owned by or licensed to HV Labs and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
