10mg vial
A combined vial of BPC-157 and TB500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment) at a 1:1 ratio. The two peptides are frequently stacked in research protocols to target overlapping but distinct repair pathways - BPC-157 driving local cytoprotection and angiogenesis, TB500 driving systemic cell migration and actin remodelling. The blend simplifies dosing logistics for combined recovery work.

BPC-157 acts via the NO system, VEGF/EGF growth-factor signalling and FAK-paxillin pathway activation. TB500 sequesters G-actin monomers to drive cell migration, angiogenesis and progenitor recruitment. Together they target both the local injury site (BPC-157) and systemic repair cell mobilisation (TB500).
Common research protocols use 250–500mcg of each peptide once daily, or split into a morning/evening dose, subcutaneously near the site of interest. Cycles typically run 4–8 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
BPC-157: approx. 4 hours. TB500: approx. 30–80 minutes plasma, with multi-day functional depot effect post SC/IM.
Reconstitute a 10mg blend vial with 2–3mL bacteriostatic water for a working concentration of approx. 1.6–2.5mg/mL combined peptide. Swirl gently - do not shake.
Lyophilised: 2–8°C, stable up to 24 months; avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Reconstituted: 2–8°C, protect from light, use within 30 days.
