10mg vial
Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) is a synthetic tetrapeptide developed from epithalamin, a peptide isolated from the bovine pineal gland. It has been studied for telomerase activation, telomere elongation, melatonin-axis normalisation and broader geroprotective effects in animal and early human research.

Activates telomerase in somatic cells via regulation of the hTERT gene, potentially elongating telomeres and extending cellular replicative lifespan. Also normalises pineal melatonin secretion and modulates gene expression patterns associated with ageing.
Common research protocols use 5–10mg subcutaneously once daily, typically for 10–20 consecutive days, followed by a 4–6 month break before repeating. Some longevity protocols use 2–3 short courses per year.
Plasma half-life is short (minutes); functional effects are believed to persist through gene-expression and telomerase changes rather than direct receptor occupancy.
Reconstitute a 10mg vial with 1–2mL bacteriostatic water for a 5–10mg/mL working concentration. Swirl gently.
Lyophilised: 2–8°C, stable 18–24 months. Reconstituted: 2–8°C, protect from light, use within 30 days.
