GLOW (BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / TB500)

70mg vial (BPC-157 10mg + GHK-Cu 50mg + TB500 10mg)

GLOW is a pre-mixed triple peptide blend combining BPC-157 (10mg), GHK-Cu (50mg) and TB500 (10mg) in a single 70mg vial. The blend is studied in research contexts for its complementary effects on collagen synthesis, dermal remodelling, angiogenesis, hair-follicle support and systemic soft-tissue recovery - bringing together a cytoprotective driver (BPC-157), a copper-binding transcriptomic modulator (GHK-Cu) and a systemic cell-migration regulator (TB500) in one reconstitution.

Researched for

  • Combined dermal collagen, elastin and angiogenic support
  • Synergistic hair-follicle anagen-phase extension and density signals
  • Accelerated wound closure and re-epithelialisation
  • Soft-tissue, tendon and ligament recovery from the BPC-157 / TB500 pairing
  • Transcriptome-level skin rejuvenation via GHK-Cu
  • Single-vial convenience replacing three separate reconstitutions

Mechanism of action

BPC-157 upregulates the NO system, VEGF/EGF signalling and the FAK-paxillin pathway to accelerate fibroblast migration and local tissue repair. GHK-Cu acts as a tissue-damage signal that modulates over 4,000 genes, driving collagen I/III synthesis, antioxidant SOD activity and stem-cell chemoattraction. TB500 sequesters G-actin monomers to regulate actin polymerisation, supporting angiogenesis, systemic progenitor cell recruitment and dermal remodelling.

Research protocol

Common research protocols use 250–500mcg of the blend subcutaneously once daily, or split morning/evening, with administration adjacent to target areas (e.g. dermal or scalp regions) for localised effect. Cycles typically run 4–8 weeks on / 2–4 weeks off.

Half-life

BPC-157 approx. 4 hours; GHK-Cu plasma approx. 0.5–1 hour with prolonged tissue activity; TB500 approx. 30–80 minutes with multi-day depot effect.

Reconstitution

Reconstitute the 70mg vial with 2–3mL bacteriostatic water, injected slowly down the side of the vial. Swirl gently - do not shake. Solution will take on a faint blue-green tint from the copper complex; this is expected.

Storage

Lyophilised: 2–8°C, stable 18–24 months; avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Reconstituted: 2–8°C, protect from light, use within 30 days.

Research considerations
  • Theoretical VEGF / angiogenesis caution flagged across the BPC-157 and TB500 literature - precautionary for subjects with active neoplastic tissue.
  • GHK-Cu adds a theoretical copper-accumulation concern at chronic high systemic doses - avoid in Wilson's disease or copper-metabolism disorders.
  • Mild injection-site redness, warmth or transient 'head rush' (TB500) may occur; tolerability is otherwise considered favourable in research.
